  • We reserve the right to limit quantities, modify product details, or discontinue any product without prior notice.

  • Product images are provided for reference. Actual products may vary slightly in colour, packaging, or design.

4. Pricing and Payments

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • Bank Transfer

Advance Payment Policy

  • All orders exceeding PKR 9,500 require full advance payment via bank transfer.

  • These orders will be dispatched only after payment confirmation.

  • KDM Autos reserves the right to hold, delay, or cancel an order if the required advance payment is not received within the specified timeframe.

For bank transfer payments, customers must provide payment proof to avoid processing delays.

We also reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

5. Shipping and Delivery

  • Deliveries are handled through Leopards Courier or other third-party courier services.

  • Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location and courier operations.

  • Delivery charges apply to orders below PKR 5,000.

  • Free delivery is offered on orders of PKR 5,000 or more.

  • KDM Autos is not responsible for delays caused by courier companies, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

6. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

KDM Autos aims to ensure customer satisfaction. Refunds and replacements are subject to the following conditions.

Eligible for Refund or Replacement

  • Products received damaged.

  • Incorrect products sent by KDM Autos.

Conditions

  1. Customers must notify KDM Autos within 2 hours of delivery via email, phone, or WhatsApp.

  2. Products must be unused, uninstalled, and unaltered, with the original packaging retained.

  3. Customers may reasonably open product packaging to inspect an item or identify damage or an incorrect product. Reasonable inspection alone does not disqualify an otherwise eligible claim.

  4. Claims are subject to verification. Customers may be asked to provide photographs, videos, or other relevant evidence.

Non-Refundable Items

  • Products that have been used, installed, or altered.

  • Items damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or incorrect installation.

  • Requests based solely on a change of mind.

Refunds and Replacements

  • Approved refunds will be processed via bank transfer.

  • Where appropriate, KDM Autos may offer a replacement at its discretion.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless the issue resulted from an error by KDM Autos.

7. Product Use and Liability

  • KDM Autos is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or negligence.

  • Customers are advised to seek professional installation for electrical or technical accessories.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are suitable for their intended use and are installed and operated correctly.

  • Products are used at the customer’s own risk, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Order Cancellation

KDM Autos reserves the right to:

  • Cancel orders due to stock unavailability, incorrect pricing, or operational issues.

  • Cancel or refuse Cash on Delivery (COD) orders exceeding PKR 9,500 if the required advance payment is not completed.

  • Refuse service to customers who repeatedly place fake, fraudulent, or unverified orders.

Customers who wish to request an order cancellation should contact KDM Autos as soon as possible. Cancellation requests are subject to the order’s processing and dispatch status.

9. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

  • Place fake or fraudulent orders.

  • Provide incorrect or misleading delivery information.

  • Engage in abusive, threatening, or inappropriate behaviour towards staff.

  • Misuse the website or interfere with its normal operation.

Violation of these rules may result in order cancellation or restriction from our services.

10. Intellectual Property

Website content, including original text, branding, logos, graphics, and materials created for KDM Autos, is owned by or used under licence by KDM Autos unless otherwise stated.
