3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping is borne by the customer.
• Free delivery is offered on orders exceeding PKR 5,000.

4. Order Processing Time

• Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
• Orders requiring advance payment (PKR 9,500+) will only be processed after full payment is received.

5. Delivery Time

• Estimated delivery timelines: 2–5 business days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service.
• KDM Autos is not responsible for delays caused by:
  • Courier services
  • Weather conditions
  • Unforeseen circumstances

6. Order Tracking

• Customers will receive tracking information once the order is dispatched.
• Tracking details can be used to monitor delivery status via the courier’s website or contact.

7. Address Accuracy

• Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.
• Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or order cancellation.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

• In the unlikely event of a lost or damaged shipment, please contact us immediately at sales@kdmautos.pk.
• KDM Autos will work with the courier to resolve the issue, in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy.
