At KDM Autos, we aim to provide high-quality car care products, gadgets, and accessories. Please read this Refund & Return Policy carefully to understand the conditions under which refunds or replacements are offered.


1. Eligibility for Returns & Refunds

We accept returns or offer refunds only in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The wrong item was sent

2. Notification Timeframe (Very Important)

  • Customers must notify KDM Autos within 2 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return, refund, or replacement.
  • Notifications made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Conditions for Acceptance

To qualify for a return or refund:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging
  • The item must be in the same condition as received
  • Proof of purchase and clear images/videos of the issue may be required

4. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Products that have been opened, used, installed, or altered
  • Items damaged due to improper installation or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Change of mind after delivery

5. Refund Method

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be processed via bank transfer
  • Alternatively, a replacement may be offered at the discretion of KDM Autos
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the issue is due to our error

6. Return Shipping

  • If the return is approved due to a mistake by KDM Autos (damaged or wrong item), further instructions will be provided.
  • Unauthorized returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

7. Inspection & Approval

  • All returned items are subject to inspection
  • KDM Autos reserves the right to approve or reject any refund or replacement request based on the condition of the item and compliance with this policy

8. Fraud Prevention

To protect our business and customers:

  • Repeated false claims may result in order rejection
  • Fake or misleading refund requests may lead to account or service restriction

9. Policy Updates

KDM Autos reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Return Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.
