Orders & Products
1. What products do you sell?
We sell car care products, car gadgets, and vehicle accessories. All products are physical items delivered within Pakistan.
2. Can I cancel my order?
- Orders below PKR 9,500 (COD) can be canceled before dispatch.
- Orders above PKR 9,500 requiring advance payment can only be canceled if payment has not been processed.
- KDM Autos reserves the right to cancel orders due to stock issues or suspected fraudulent activity.

Shipping & Delivery
3. Where do you deliver?
We deliver to all cities and towns in Pakistan using Leopards Courier or other trusted delivery partners.
4. How long does delivery take?
- Typical delivery: 2–5 business days, depending on your location and courier.
- Orders above PKR 9,500 require advance payment before dispatch.
5. Are shipping charges free?
- Orders above PKR 5,000: Free delivery
- Orders below PKR 5,000: Shipping charges apply

6. How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, a tracking number will be provided. Track via Leopards Courier or the assigned courier’s website.
Payment & COD
7. What payment methods are accepted?
- Cash on Delivery (COD) for orders below PKR 9,500
- Bank Transfer for all orders, mandatory for orders above PKR 9,500
8. What if my payment fails?
- For bank transfers, ensure payment proof is shared.
- Orders are dispatched only after payment verification.

Returns & Refunds
9. Can I return or get a refund?
Refunds or replacements are offered if:
- The item is damaged
- The wrong item is sent
Important: Notify us within 2 hours of delivery.
Items that have been opened or used are non-refundable.

10. How do I report a damaged or wrong item?
Email sales@kdmautos.pk with:
- Order number
- Clear photos or videos of the issue
